Marvel's Spider-Man What MJ discovers when she sneaks into Oscorp!

Alright, here’s the full breakdown of what MJ discovers when she sneaks into Oscorp during her stealth mission in Marvel’s Spider-Man (2018). This is the moment where the story really cracks open, because MJ uncovers the truth behind Martin Li, Devil’s Breath, and Norman Osborn’s secrets. What MJ Finds Inside Oscorp 1. The Devil’s Breath Project Is NOT a Bioweapon MJ learns that Devil’s Breath was originally designed as a medical treatment, not a weapon. It was meant to cure genetic diseases, especially GR-27, a therapy Norman Osborn was obsessed with developing. But the project went horribly wrong. 2. GR-27 (Devil’s Breath) Was Connected to Martin Li’s Origin MJ finds documents and lab recordings showing: Martin Li was one of the test subjects for GR-27. The experiment exploded, killing his parents and leaving him with unstable negative energy powers. Norman Osborn covered up the accident, which is why Li hates him and wants revenge. This is the first time MJ realizes Li’s vendetta is personal, not just criminal. 3. Norman Has a Secret Lab Hidden Inside Oscorp MJ discovers a hidden room behind a keypad-locked door. Inside, she finds: Prototype equipment Research notes Blueprints for Devil’s Breath dispersal systems Security schematics showing how Oscorp has been monitoring Li and the Demons This room proves Norman is still secretly working on GR‑27 despite shutting it down publicly. 4. The Keycard and the Power Grid Puzzle To get deeper into the lab, MJ: Steals an Oscorp employee keycard Re-routes power to unlock the hidden lab door Avoids armed Oscorp security while doing it This is the tense stealth section where she’s crawling under tables and dodging guards. 5. Evidence That Devil’s Breath Is Extremely Dangerous MJ finds files showing: GR‑27 is highly contagious It causes rapid organ failure Oscorp has no cure Norman is hiding the truth from the public and the government This is the moment MJ realizes the stakes: if Li steals Devil’s Breath, Manhattan is in danger. 6. The Demons Arrive Right as MJ finishes gathering evidence: The Inner Demons break into Oscorp They steal the Devil’s Breath container MJ barely escapes and calls Peter This theft triggers the Devil’s Breath outbreak later in the game Her discovery directly leads into the next major crisis. MJ’s Final Takeaway MJ uncovers that: Norman created Devil’s Breath Martin Li became Mister Negative because of it Oscorp has been hiding the truth for years Devil’s Breath is unstable and catastrophic Li now has the bioweapon in his hands This mission is the turning point where the story shifts from gang warfare to full-on biological disaster.
