Solving Steam Energy Balances Demo Video

This video explains how to calculate energy balances that include steam. Note that this problem uses an indirect heat exchanger so there is no mixing of product and steam. If the product and steam mix, the equation will look slightly different and a mass balance is generally needed to solve the problem.
