Day 36 – April 1, 2025 Deborah Obad finally takes the stand, surprisingly as a defense witness. Monica’s attorney asks her a number of questions regarding her and her husband’s relationship with the Sementillis, to which she states they were very close. She is also asked about her suspicions of having an affair, the day Fabio was killed, Monica’s demeanor during that time, and about Robert Baker himself.
