Create a Subgrade Design Surface

Years ago I was asked to show how to take the Finished Ground design and adjust it for sub-grades to get a true Earthwork Cut/Fill value. For roads this was easy but for a site it was doable but time consuming. I've found with the Takeoff tools in BC-HCE its a very simple process as you'll see in the video.
