victorian style overgrown artist's home 🖌️🌲🌟 the sims 4 speed build - no CC

Hi guys! so this build was built back in November when fall was in full swing. My life got super busy, and I forgot about posting it, yet it has been edited for months... oops. But I love this build so much that I didn't want to just never post it. But since it has been so long since I built this, this was back when the new art kit was released. This kit is so much fun and has some of the most gorgeous furniture pieces. 🌟 The back story of this build is that a painter lives here, and they don't really socialize or even go outside much unless they want to get inspiration for their next painting. The kitchen is super small because they would rather spend their time painting than cooking, and they really just put all their energy into their art, why? That's up to you. Maybe they love art so much it's all they can think about, or maybe they have a dream of their art being in an art gallery one day, so they work hard to master their skill. Love this cozy, overgrown build, and I hope you do as well. As always, this build is on the EA gallery for download!! ❤︎ ✦ you can find this build along with others using my gallery ID ✦ gallery ID: AvaLilliana build info - ・1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ・located in - willow creek ・lot size - 20 x 15 ・price - §67,318 -- mods used -- T.O.O.L Mod & Better Build and Buy: https://twistedmexi.com/ (you do NOT have to have the mods I used to place this build from the gallery. the mods were used to place items in the right place and I used a debug organizer.) ★ timestamps: 00:00 intro 00:03 exterior 04:09 interior 04:12 living room + art studio 06:10 kitchen + entrance 08:11 finishing decorations downstairs 09:46 upstairs 10:19 bathroom 11:22 bedroom 12:25 office + half art studio 2 14:20 outside 14:44 landscaping 16:25 backyard + pool 18:46 finishing touches 19:19 screenshots CONTACT - Business inquires ONLY please!! email: avalillianayt@gmail.com ✦ thanks so much for watching!! ✦ music: Music by Chilly Kitty - fading flames - https://thmatc.co/?l=CF2CED2C Music by Chilly Vic - calm waves - https://thmatc.co/?l=A897BA55 Music by Chilly Vic - tranquil vibes - https://thmatc.co/?l=6BE10CEB Music by Citrus Avenue - Saltwater and Sunscreen - https://thmatc.co/?l=965D54F1 Music by cold winter breeze - chill out - https://thmatc.co/?l=45E286E0 Music by Lohfi - old friends - https://thmatc.co/?l=4D2BE1EA Music by ThinkChill - waterfall - https://thmatc.co/?l=155E69BE Music by The Tea Shop - Doppio - https://thmatc.co/?l=24389E9D Music by The Tea Shop - Puddles - https://thmatc.co/?l=4B569CED Music by pecna - summer dreaming - https://thmatc.co/?l=E663FA2D
