This session provides applicants with practical guidance on managing interview scheduling, waitlists, communication, and interview logistics while exploring how scheduling decisions can shape flexibility, fatigue, and opportunity throughout the season. Participants will also gain insight into approaching interview season strategically rather than reactively.
