I Put Every URC Team on 20 Charts. The Best Team Isn’t Top.

I put all 16 URC teams on the same 20 charts before I looked at the table. One team landed in the elite corner 12 times out of 20, and they're not top. So do the charts actually know who's winning? I add it all up at the end and put the table next to it. I'm a Super Rugby fan learning the northern club competitions through the numbers.
