#AmicaEduca #OsnaživanjeMladihŽena #PočetakPromjene #Mladi #Osnaživanje #tuzla #vršnjačkapodrška ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Empowering Young Women – The Beginning of Change 🎥 What does it look like when small steps lead to big changes? Created for the Youth Forum, this video brings the stories, experiences and messages of young women who took part in the project and worked on their personal and professional development. Through their stories, you will discover their journey of empowerment, the new opportunities they recognized, and the courage it took to take their first steps towards the changes they want to see in their lives, careers and communities. Because every big change begins with a single step. The first phase of the project was implemented with the full financial support of Fokus Frauen Foundation from Switzerland. In the second phase, Empowering Young Women – Empowered to Lead, the project is also supported by Amica Schweiz, the founding organization of the Association Amica Educa, also based in Switzerland. #AmicaEduca #EmpoweringYoungWomen #TheBeginningOfChange #Youth #Empowerment #Tuzla #PeerSupport
