He asked me this question, “does my ex still love me?” Going through a breakup, there a lot of questions he had in his mind such as how to get your ex to want you back. Wondering how his ex-girlfriend was elated to be with him a week before their breakup and then a couple of days later she called it quits. This can be confusing for a guy. How can a woman go from loving you to suddenly not feel anything and call the relationship off? [01:14] Point 1: It’s not a question of whether or not she still loves you. She probably does still love you even in the phase of breaking up with you. There must be some emotion that she’s feeling outside of love that outweighed her feeling of love. This happens when there’s some fighting going on or unresolved issue a relationship. It keeps coming up over and over again. As it’s happening, there’s a bit of a fight happening within her… she still loves you but when her emotions are triggered by a fight or an unresolved issue, she waves the white flag and exits the relationship. The way to get your ex back or the way to resolve conflict is to handle it BEFORE it happens. Set up “no fly” zones in your relationship. [05:29] Point 2: Women have dominion over her emotions. Women are more emotionally in touched and in tuned. They’re freely able to express their emotions. Points to remember in getting back together: If these issues are not resolved in a relationship and you keep shutting her up, they’re just going to build up. And at some point, it does not matter how much she loves you. There is a feeling that is triggered within her when there are fights and issues. Her only escape is to walk away from a relationship. This can be diverted if you talk with her and allow her to vent everything she needs to vent out.
