I chose Xiahou Dun to speedrun Wei because he has good attack animations and combos, and there are no warriors in Wei, that only attack from one side of a horse, like Ma Chao in Shu or Zhou Tai in Wu. Those characters make the speedruns much easier. Yes, I could've played with an Edit Officer selecting Ma Chao's weapon, but I rather stayed with the given characters. The key was to kill every commander in every last stage of an act. In certain chapters, I had to play other stages as well, so I won't get to the secret levels after them which would've been a time loss.
