Are they actually Schpierr Farben? Underrated? My first impression of the Cezanne coloured pencils.

This is my first impression of the Cezanne colour pencils.A little bit of info about what they actually are. I just ordered the PCezanne/ChungHwa pencils from the supplier in China.
