⛳️Chenal | Neighborhood Spotlight

Chenal has such an incredible story. It all started in the late 80’s when Chip Murphy of Murphy Oil had a special vision for these 7,000 acres of farm & timber land around Shinall Mountain. He wanted to develop a new subdivision that could throne some of Little Rock’s most luxurious homes. And now it’s an amazing place to call home. The whole plan centered around creating Chenal Valley to wrap around the Chenal Golf Courses Country Club, providing access to what is now 2 championship golf courses, multiple private pools, tennis courts, and great fine dining. As this incredible Country Club was built, Chenal Valley’s first neighborhood was developed - Chenal Circle (featuring some of the nicest homes & mansions in Little Rock). Then came both DuClair Court & Fontenay Circle. Since then, Chenal has continued to grow and mostly towards the west and now almost reaches Ferndale. One of my favorite things besides the great views, natural landscaping, and premium amenities, is that Chenal now has a great number of neighborhoods with a great variety of personalities and custom styles. Another favorite thing that my wife & I love, is the Chenal Promenade, where we get to enjoy some awesome restaurants and great shopping! Chenal truly is a special place to call home.
