Removing an awkward corridor and relocating the kitchen improved the layout, while exposing the original timber beams created a greater sense of height and openness. Folding doors conceal a raised bedroom with extensive storage beneath the bed, while floor-to-ceiling curtains separate a compact home office and a green, plant-filled retreat overlooking the city. Inspired by owner and art director Alejandro González's Colombian roots and love of salsa, bursts of yellow, blue and green give each space its own personality, creating a playful contrast with the otherwise restrained living area. 00:00-01:12 Introduction 01:12-01:43 Location 01:43-04:07 Floor Plan 04:07-04:34 Entrance 04:34-06:10 Living Area 06:10-08:11 Bedroom 08:11-09:29 Kitchen 09:29-10:16 Workspace 10:16-11:27 Covered Terrace 11:27-12:20 Bathroom 12:20-13:18 Conclusion To see our favourite design ideas from this apartment https://www.nevertoosmall.com/post/co... #smallapartment #architecture #interiordesign Ep 271 Project Name: Casa Reneto Architect: midori arquitectura http://www.midoriarquitectura.com/   / midori_arquitectura   Produced by New Mac Video Agency Creator: Colin Chee Producer: Lindsay Barnard Writer & Producer: Nam Tran Director & Cinematographer: Sebby T Editor: Raian Best Music: Artlist.io Cha Cha de Las Tuna by Amos Ever Hadani Chapeu Mangueira by Luc Allieres Such a Shame by Nomad Producer Lux Island by River Lume Awakening by Ikoliks El Camion by Paradise Husky Kayakim by MEOD Proximity by Roie Shpigler Share your projects with us- https://www.nevertoosmall.com/submiss...
