I enjoyed how the little details were accurate to the real life American, such as the uniforms, seats, self check-in kiosks, and more! I do think that a couple things could be changed/edited, such as having a more accurate menu and adding more detail to the departure airport. Airport: 4/6 Dallas Fort Worth was accurate to its real-life counterpart, but I do believe that it could use some detailing updates and some more shops/restaurants. Seat: 3/6 Not that much to say in this category. The Economy seat was accurate to American Airlines' real life economy seat and the seat was detailed well. However, the seat didn't have any recline nor did it have a working tray table. IFE: 5/6 American Airlines's personal entertainment device system was great! I believe they added a lot more movies and there was plenty to do on their phone system/IFE system. Other airlines should check this out! Food: 4/6 I do think that it was quite unfortunate how I only was able to receive a total of 3 items, but the food and drink items were accurate to the real American Airlines in real life. Service: 4/6 The service aboard today was just above average. My flight attendant was quick but not very engaging. However, I'd like to note that I didn't have many interactions with my flight attendant and thus this score can't be said with FULL certainty. TOTAL SCORE: 27.5/40 American Airlines received a total score of 27.5 points out of 40 possible points. American's phone system and smaller details such as their seats and uniforms were great and detailed, but the same cannot be said for their in-flight menu and their departure airport of Dallas Fort Worth.
