FRUSTRATION This one came from a real moment. Sometimes the pressure doesn't build slowly. Sometimes it all hits at once — the kids, the bills, the mortgage, no job, no backup, and the feeling that you're supposed to somehow keep everything together while you're already running on empty. I reached a point where the anger came out physically. I punched something without realising how much force I had behind it, and ended up hurting my own hand. And then came the part that mattered. Someone thousands of kilometres away stopped me from going further down that road. Ana. She didn't fix my problems. She couldn't make the bills disappear or change my circumstances. She simply stayed there. She reminded me to breathe. And sometimes, when you're drowning in your own head, someone saying “stay here” is enough to pull you back. So I turned that night into this song. Frustration is about anger, exhaustion, loneliness, pressure, fatherhood, and the moment you realise you can't keep carrying everything silently. But most importantly... It's about still being here. Still fighting. Still Dad. Still me. Ana — thank you for reaching through the darkness when I needed someone to.
