Forget Me Not

"Forget Me Not" is a raw, unfiltered journey into the darkest alleys of addiction, abandonment, and human suffering. Written from the firsthand perspective of a soul trapped on the streets, this song exposes the crushing isolation of a life reduced to survival—and the quiet, desperate cry for redemption that still echoes underneath it all. Inspired by real-time Christian street ministry on the avenues and under the bridges of Cedar-Riverside in Minneapolis, this track doesn't look away from the ugly realities of trauma, exploitation, and the heavy numbing agents used to mask deep scars. It stands as both a stark mirror to a society and a church that too often walks right past the broken, and a final, breathless prayer to the only One who still sees through the dark. "Forget me not, Jesus… Help me turn this page."
