📍 Planning a trip to Nusa Penida? Here’s a tip! If you’re planning to explore Nusa Penida, I’d recommend keeping at least 2 days for the island. 🚤 Day 1 – East Nusa Penida Since the fast ferry usually gets you to Nusa Penida around 9 AM, I’d recommend heading straight to the eastern side of the island. 🚕 Take a cab from the ferry terminal — the journey can take around 2 hours, so you’ll reach the east coast around 12–1 PM. You’ll still have enough time to explore the stunning Diamond Beach, Atuh Beach and Thousand Islands before heading back. 🌊 Tip: Starting your east-side trip directly after arriving helps you make the most of your first day and saves you from having to cover the long journey separately later. 🌅 Day 2 – West Nusa Penida Start your day early, ideally around 8 AM, and head towards the western side, which is relatively close to the harbour. Make your way through the iconic Kelingking Beach, Angel’s Billabong, Broken Beach and Crystal Bay. 🌊🏝️ ⛰️ Kelingking Beach will probably take up most of your time. You can either trek down towards the beach or simply take your time soaking in one of the most iconic viewpoints in Bali. ✨ The earlier, the better! Arriving early means fewer crowds, better views, and a more peaceful experience at Kelingking.
