🚇 Metro as an intercity railway! Guangzhou & Foshan Metro Guangfo compilation

This video was filmed between 2023/05 and 2025/03. The Guangzhou-Foshan Metro Guangfo Line is the first metro line to connect Foshan. It's also the first metro in China to connect 2 cities. The line connects the urban area of Foshan and the outskirts of the Guangzhou urban area. The line had now extended further into Guangzhou and into a new development area in Foshan. Since the line connects many commercial zones and tourist destinations, the line is heavily used. The 4-car trains on the line are too small to accommodate so many riders, so they will run at 3-minute intervals even on weekends. The Guangfo Line was extended through 2 phases, which also included 2 batches of extra trains. The 3 types of trains on the line were manufactured by 2 companies, have very similar exterior design where the decorative strip is different, used 3 types of inverters (Siemens, Bombardier, CRRC Dalian), and have 2 types of route display (LED map and LCD screen). 廣佛地鐵廣佛線是第一條連接佛山的地鐵線，同時也是第一條跨巿地鐵線，列車當時由佛山城市區前往廣州市區外圍連接廣州地鐵1號線，現在路線已經深入廣州，也連接了佛山新城區。由於路線經過多個商圈，景點等，又連接廣佛兩城，令客流非常巨大，只有4節車廂的列車難以應付人流，因此就算是週末也有3分鐘一班車。路線在二期和三期延伸時都增購了列車，現在有三種由兩個廠商製造，外觀非常相似，飾帶有點不同，採用不同機電和乘客資訊屏的列車，列車分別有西門子、龐巴迪和中車大連牽引，資訊屏有閃燈和LCD兩種。 0:00 簡介 Introduction & Xilang Station 3:09 三種列車 3 types of trains 6:52 高峰時間 Rush hour If your YouTube language is set to any variant of Chinese, you should see the description in Chinese.
