Follow up video on the Technics tape desk we found in the previous video. It was marked as "non functional" so we delve into getting this thing up and running. On a side note - I've been looking for a Technics branded cassette deck for some time now. Having finally found one is great. Model is the Technics RS-TR515 - Dual cassette deck. The Technics RS-TR515 is a dual cassette deck featuring auto-reverse and supports Type I, CrO₂, and Metal tapes. It offers Dolby B and C noise reduction, as well as HX Pro headroom extension, with a frequency response of 20 Hz to 17 kHz when using Metal tapes. The device has a signal-to-noise ratio of 74 dB (Dolby C) and a wow and flutter rate of 0.07%. Its dimensions are 430 mm in width, 136 mm in height, and 290 mm in depth, with a weight of 4.8 kg.
