Cheap HVAC Actuator Repair for 2008 B7 Audi A4!

Audi wanted to charge over $150 for these actuators. I couldn’t find a direct aftermarket replacement anywhere. After enough digging I decided to order a $17 alternative for a VW I found on Amazon, and take it apart to see if I could piece together a solid repair for my central blend door and recirculation flap actuators.
