🤔 Want the secret to feeling better during this stressful time? 🎤 I heard Allison Davies - Brain Care, not Behaviour Management sing this song "🌟Every Little Cell🌟", and I was inspired! (This is her voice in the song) 🔬So I commissioned a Fiverr animator (@ mrhimumz) to bring my character vision of a red blood cell and white blood cells to dance to life. 🙌 So many benefits to singing this song! 💪In her original video Allison talks about how this is an affirmation on steroids because its being sung - and it activates more of your brain than a spoken one. 😁In addition singing releases endorphins which makes you feel great. 🤗And when we repeat things we know, we create a sense of consistency in our brain, which makes us feel safe, especially in a volatile time. 🤲Lastly this is great song to sing while you wash your hands. 👍Please Like and share this to help spread happiness.
