Ste suggests he and James move in together but James makes it clear he has no intention of moving into Ste's house. He lists the reasons why and tells Ste it's his house or nothing, which Ste doesn't respond well to. Later James apologises, explains the real reason why he wanted to stay - to be close to Juliet - but that he knows Juliet wouldn't want that, and he wants to do what's best for them. Leela suggests they spend time in each others houses to see what works best.
