Stranger on the Shore. Acker Bilk Guitar cover. Played by Phil McGarrick. Free Tabs

https://philmcgarrick.co.uk "Stranger on the Shore" is a piece for clarinet written by Acker Bilk for his young daughter and originally named "Jenny" after her. It was subsequently used as the theme tune of a BBC TV drama serial for young people, Stranger on the Shore It was first released in 1961 in the UK, and then in the US, and reached number 1 in the US and number 2 in the UK. Mine is a very simple guitar cover played on my Fender Custom Stratocaster 56 nos with Kinman Impersonator 54 V3 pickups. Through an Alesis Quadraverb Q2 with EFTP Patch 0-36. I used my Gibson J45 Mapleburst for the acoustic break in the middle. I made tabs for the way I played it which are free to download from my website here :- https://philmcgarrick.co.uk The BT came from Roger Paulsson.
