I Put a GTI Turbo on My VW Tiguan | IS20 Swap

Finally got the IS20 on the Tiguan 👀 In this video I go through the full IS20 turbo swap on my 2024 VW Tiguan 4Motion, including the removal, installation, supporting hardware, first startup, and getting the car back on the road. This has been one of the biggest upgrades to the build so far. The Tiguan comes with a much smaller factory turbo, so moving to the IS20 gives the EA888 a lot more room to work without going crazy with the setup. The goal is still a fun OEM+ daily that drives like a Tiguan until you ask for more. There’s been plenty of troubleshooting, logging, testing, hardware changes, and tuning since the initial install. I’ll have more videos covering how the setup has progressed and how the Tiguan performs once everything is completely dialed in.
