Kyokushin Karate Lesson with Shihan at The Phoenix Way [4K]

Learn from Shihan Anthony Codispoti during one of our Saturday morning Kyokushin Karate training sessions at The Phoenix Way in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, United States. In today's lesson, Shihan goes over how to string together a series of knee strikes to get your opponent off balance enough to perform a sweep, get them on the ground and go for the finishing move.
