After a Japanese woman claims she was raped by a U.S. navy ensign, JAG is brought in to assist with his defense. Lt. Cmdr. Harmon Rabb, played by David James Elliott, and Maj. Sarah MacKenzie, played by Catherine Bell and Lt. Bud Roberts, played by Patrick Labyorteaux, meet with the Saburo Takahashi, played by Richard Narita, to discuss the evidence.
