2026 Oct 10 Maurer's Market Grand Opening

On October 10th at 9am Maurer's Market in Madison WI finally opened. This completes the Truman-Olson project, a publicly owned apartment complex with attached store space. The entire project was over 8 years in the making. This video shows the opening speech featuring Kristie Maurer, Mayor Rhodes-Conway, and Alder Liberman. I also give a tour of the store and discuss the fate of neighboring Pick ' Save.
