Laneholder + Bluetooth Boss Killer = Clementia S3 | Arknights Showcase

While recording this, I was genuinely crying. Not because of Arknights, but because someone put WAY too much chili in my food... Ahem, Clementia. Her S3 is a rather strange combination of a laneholder and a boss killer, offering respectable damage alongside some interesting mechanics. In this video, I tried showcasing a bit of both. Keep in mind that these aren't necessarily the most optimal ways to use her, just the ones I personally found fun. The clips are mostly for reference and don't necessarily represent her full potential. The positives: Good range and AoE damage. Potentially unlimited ammo, depending on the enemies she's facing. Great against weaker enemies, since killing them without triggering an Elemental Burst means she doesn't waste ammo. Reliable against elites, as the additional damage helps make sure they actually die (cough, Blaze2, cough). Global follow-up attacks triggered by Elemental Corrosion bursts. Other operators can trigger the burst, allowing Clementia to fire three strikes at enemies anywhere on the map. Basically, Bluetooth boss killing. Not extremely reliant on elemental family to function, she can hold her own against most enemies on her own, but they do facilitate her job of decimating an enemy The negatives (or rather, balancing factors?): Struggles to trigger Elemental Bursts against enemies with high RES, such as Patriot. A moderately long skill cycle. Relatively squishy compared to most Guards. As you may have noticed in my showcases, she's almost always accompanied by a healer, so positioning and survivability are worth considering. Sandwiched between several limited banners: Summer → Monster Hunter Collabs 1 & 2 → Persona 3 → 7.5 Anniversary. This puts her in one of the most awkward release windows imaginable. Overall, Clementia brings an interesting mix of damage, utility, and flexibility. Personally, I'd wait to see the upcoming banners before deciding whether to pull for her.
