SDD11 Rules, 16 Trains Total 1st Round: 4 groups of 4. 2 winners from each group advance to the next round. 2nd Round: 2 groups of 4. The 2 winners from each group move on to the semifinals. Semifinals: 1 group of 4. The 2 winners go head to head in the finals. Finals: A tender or a freight car must be attached.
