Natasha Galitsyna is the Co-Founder of EIM Services, a Calgary firm that runs finance operations for startups. Natasha Galitsyna spent years inside the startup world before starting her own firm. She began as an accountant at Fresh Angles, then spent close to four years at the startup Athennian, moving from accounting coordinator to running payroll and benefits for staff in Canada and the US, and finally to compensation and compliance manager. When that chapter ended, founders in her network started asking for help with their finances, and one told her their senior bookkeeper kept the books standardized but never gave them the right picture. That convinced her startups need finance people who understand how startups work, so she co-founded EIM with her partner in 2024.
