She asked on TV how the killer could live with themselves! Amy Vilardi True Crime Documentary.

Days after her mother, her stepfather and both of her grandmothers were found dead on Refuge Road near Pendleton, South Carolina, Amy Vilardi sat down in front of a news camera. Whoever did this, she said, she didn't see how they could live with themselves. She lived fifty yards away. She was the one who walked over and found them, and the one who called 911. Investigators found no sign that anyone had forced a door. For eight years, the Scott family murders went unsolved, while tens of thousands of dollars in cash found next door sat at the center of a fight with the Anderson County Sheriff's Office. Then a podcast and a fresh look at the case sent investigators back to the beginning, and the Halloween weekend everyone thought they understood started to look very different. A true crime documentary on the 2015 Pendleton quadruple murder of Mike Scott, Cathy Scott, Barbara Scott and Violet Taylor, told from court records, trial testimony, the 911 call and local reporting. Amy Vilardi was convicted in February 2026 and has filed an appeal. Her husband, Ross (Rosmore) Vilardi, has denied any involvement and is presumed innocent. #truecrime #amyvilardi #truecrimedocumentary #truecrimecommunity #scottfamily #southcarolina
