The Samuelson Condition for the Provision of Public Goods

Public goods are underprovided in private markets. In this video, I introduce the Samuelson condition for determining the optimal quantity of a public good. This is appropriate for a macroeconomics course, a public economics course, or any other course dealing with public goods.
