ZX7R valve adjustment help

I talk about and sort of walk you through what to do and how to do a valve adjustment on your 1996 - 2003 zx7r. EDIT: Yes my math is wrong unfortunately. everything else is correct procedure to adjusting valves, I have since readjusted my valves once I realized what I did.
