🗑️ Showing why Imperial Mandate on Morgana is TRASH! | Luminum

I'm aware that my test is not a huge sample size. I can't fit 10+ games per champion in my video so I encourage you to still try out the builds and champs yourself. If you need to record down the numbers or take a mental note of your damage and even your winrate. I'm sure that you will find that the numbers on Imperial Mandate Morgana will be so much more lower than Moonstone and other champions with Imperial Mandate. My Karma game this video showed how she can proc Imperial so much more better and still have 3000 gold to spend on a different item. If you still like Imperial Mandate Morgana then you do you I guess.
