Pork Nilaga

Pork Nilaga is a simple Filipino pork soup in clear broth. This recipe makes use of cubed pork belly along with bok choy, potato, and ripe banana (saba variety). Aside from these ingredients, I am using Knorr pork cube to give the broth a more porky taste, which improves the overall taste of the entire dish.
