Three Claude skills I actually use for Microsoft Fabric, and why. Skills are reusable sets of instructions you can invoke with a slash command instead of re-explaining your preferences to Claude every session, and in this video I cover what they are, how to install or build them, and show each one live. First up: Caveman, an open-source skill that strips output down to blunt, minimal-token responses to save on usage. Second: I Have ADHD, which forces Claude to lead with the single next action instead of burying it in fluff, something I use constantly in both Claude chat and Claude Code. Third: my own KDF Gold Modeling skill, built from years of applying Kimball dimensional modeling, which teaches Claude to write gold-layer notebooks the way I actually write them. I also build a brand-new skill from scratch live, using Anthropic's own Skill Creator, for YouTube video ideation, and put it to work generating real video concepts for this channel. Let me know in the comments what skills you can't live without.
