Women's Jiu-Jitsu for Street Self-Defense Demo

Female Jiu-Jitsu student demonstrates rape prevention techniques designed to prevent being controlled and subdued as well as escaping strategies from her back, should an attacker take her to the ground. The student performing the techniques had approximately one year of training experience. This demo was put together to show just a few of the techniques from the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu curriculum to a group of women who attended a beginner's seminar. The "realism" of the attacks (strikes and violent grabbing and shoving) were not supposed to be a part of this. She did absolutely great and has only improved her skills since this video.
