Ryko SoftGloss Maxx Malfunction

*Dedicated to fellow YouTuber Car Wash Studios, because he killed a Laserwash 4000 for what appears to have been a positioning issue also* Filming my first MAXX in Palo Alto, CA goes wrong when the car slips off the treadle during the second of 3 friction passes. This causes the machine to begin rinsing the car while the buzzer goes off at regular intervals. Several customers who were waiting behind me thought I was causing the problem initially and asked if they could go, but I explained the machine would need to be reset and was out of service. I notified an employee who reset the system after the machine idled for several minutes. This machine was, surprisingly, not outfitted with wheel-rim brushes and had ColorWave (which was basically just a rainbar with blue LED lighting instead of a foam sheet as seen in another video of this exact MAXX). Wash quality was poor due to the loading error, poor brush coverage, and extremely fast rocker blaster pass.
