Gratitude in Nature - From the micro to the macro

Whenever life gets tough. Finding gratitude can be the antidote and the attitude back to an uplifted being. The deepest prayer is thankfulness and I come back to that again and again. Giving thanks to the small little acts of grinding coffee to the divine acts of blessing our Earth with light coming from the sun. Finding gratitude in pleasure and pain as they give a taste of what is going on. Giving us a reference point to our experience and inspires us to respond to that experience.
