We see around us the technology the living habits the daily schedules the routines of people are changing at a great pace. In this changing and evolving society we the teachers have to face so many challenges during regular teaching learning in the classroom. But a saying holds true everywhere where there is will there is way. So even after so many problems, so many challenges, new evolving technology, emerging rules of society we the teachers are always determined to work harder every day and to reach our goals. We are never afraid of any new situation coming in our way. So in my video I have shared few challenges which I face and I think everybody might be facing at some point of time in the classrooms and some solutions to those challenges. This will help all the newcomers in this profession to tackle the classroom situations students in a better way and confidently. आज हम हमेशा बदलते समाज में रह रहे हैं। हम अपने चारों ओर देखते हैं कि तकनीक, रहन-सहन की आदतें, दैनिक कार्यक्रम, लोगों की दिनचर्या बड़ी तेजी से बदल रही है। इस बदलते और विकसित होते समाज में हम शिक्षकों को कक्षा में नियमित शिक्षण अधिगम के दौरान कई चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। लेकिन एक कहावत है जहां चाह वहां राह। तो इतनी सारी समस्याओं, इतनी सारी चुनौतियों, नई उभरती तकनीक, समाज के उभरते नियमों के बाद भी हम शिक्षक हमेशा हर दिन कड़ी मेहनत करने और अपने लक्ष्य तक पहुँचने के लिए दृढ़ संकल्पित हैं। हम अपने रास्ते में आने वाली किसी भी नई स्थिति से कभी नहीं डरते। इसलिए अपने वीडियो में मैंने कुछ चुनौतियाँ साझा की हैं जिनका मैं सामना करता हूँ और मुझे लगता है कि हर किसी को कक्षाओं में किसी न किसी समय सामना करना पड़ सकता है और उन चुनौतियों के कुछ समाधान। इससे इस पेशे में आने वाले सभी नवागंतुकों को कक्षा की स्थितियों से निपटने में छात्रों को बेहतर तरीके से और आत्मविश्वास से मदद मिलेगी। THESE days everybody is struggling to know what happens in the interviews of KVS . So in my video I'm sharing my first hand experiences of what happened with me during my interview of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan - primary teacher. It happened in 2014 and that was my first attempt I gave it without any coaching or guidance with whatever knowledge I had.
