WE CHOSE PEACE | Leaving Nairobi & Starting Over in Our Unfinished Home

Sometimes, you reach a point where you realize you need a change, not because everything is perfect, but because you need peace. In this video, we officially begin a new chapter as we leave Nairobi and move into our unfinished home in Shags. 🏡❤️ The house is far from complete. There is still so much work to be done, the land is dry, and we are starting with very little. But for us, this is not about having everything ready. It is about taking that first step, choosing peace, and building slowly, one day at a time. We had reached a point in Nairobi where we felt like we were simply surviving and no longer progressing. So we made the difficult decision to step away, start again, get closer to nature, grow some of our own food, and create a different kind of life for our family. This is only the beginning. We believe God will guide us through this journey, and we are excited to document the struggles, lessons, progress, unexpected moments, and beautiful memories we create along the way.
