How to find out exact wall surafce/ Paint area or Mivan area in Revit (without overlapping)

You could find the exact surface area of walls through this method , otherwise if you try to find out the area by applying paint then you'll get increased area. Don't assume it as a remodelling ; its similar kind of applying paint
