DONER KEBAB FAKEAWAY IN THE AIR FRYER

Ingredients: •1/2kg lamb mince •1 large onion (minced) •3 green chillies (minced) •1/2 tsp salt •1/2 tsp turmeric •1/2 tsp paprika •1/2 tsp chilli powder •1/2 tsp chilli flakes •1/2 tsp ground coriander •1/2 tsp cajun seasoning •1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning •grinding of black pepper *Air fry at 210 degrees celsius for 45 mins to 1 hour *stir fry the meat slices with 2 chopped onions
