Your MP Gets J$20 Million a Year. Where Does It Go?

Every year, each of Jamaica’s 63 constituencies receives J$20 million through the Constituency Development Fund. So when Parliament opened the State of the Constituency Debate, I went back and listened to what the first four MPs said about the money and the work being done in their constituencies. Some gave us numbers. Some explained why J$20 million isn’t enough.
