Vaibhav Sakshi presenting Raga Kamod...

Ms. Vaibhav Sakshi is a talented and upcoming young classical vocalist. She is a disciple of Dr. Soma Singh, who is a disciple of late Pandit Chandrakant Apte of Gwalior gharana. Besides being trained by her Guru, under 'Guru-Shishya' tradition, Sakshi is presently pursuing her research work for the degree of Ph.D. from University of Delhi. Earlier, she has done Graduation and Post-Graduation in Hindustani Vocal music from the University of Delhi. This is a video clip of her rendition of Raga Kamod a few months back, in a house concert. She is being accompanied on the Tabla by Pulkit Sharma and Harmonium by Ashique Kumar.
