Delicious Meat Pulao with Fresh Raita | Easy Homemade Rice Recipe | Easy and Simple Recipe

🍚 Beef/Mutton Yakhni Pulao Ingredients Oil Sliced onions Cumin seeds Garlic paste Bay leaves Cinnamon stick Star anise Chopped tomatoes 2 green chilies Salt (as needed) Garam masala Biryani masala Boiled meat Meat stock (yakhni) Water Soaked rice Lemon juice 1 extra teaspoon of salt Method:: Heat oil in a pot and fry the sliced onions until golden. Add cumin seeds, garlic paste, bay leaves, cinnamon, and star anise. Add chopped tomatoes and 2 green chilies. Cook until the tomatoes soften. Add salt, garam masala, and biryani masala. Mix well. Add the boiled meat and cook for a few minutes. Pour in the meat stock (yakhni) and water. The total liquid should be approximately double the amount of rice. Bring to a boil, then add the soaked rice, lemon and 1 extra teaspoon of salt. Cook until the water has almost dried up. Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Yakhni Pulao! 🥣 Fresh Vegetable Raita Ingredients Yogurt Chopped onion Chopped cucumber Chopped tomato Green lettuce leaves Purple lettuce leaves Juice of 1 lemon Black pepper Salt (to taste) Method 1. Add yogurt to a bowl. 2. Add chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, green lettuce, and purple lettuce. 3. Pour in the lemon juice. 4. Add black pepper and salt to taste. 5. Mix everything well and serve fresh.
