Dispersed camping at the top of the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway, just below Bald Mountain in Utah’s Uinta Mountains. The truck camper parks above 10,000 feet at Bald Mountain Pass — the highest point on the highest paved road in the state — and stays there. No narration, no music where there doesn’t need to be. Just the pass, the weather, and the quiet. Into the Land is a slow, cinematic overland series — remote backcountry, one place at a time, from the mountain West to Appalachia. Music (licensed via Musicbed): “Pedestal (Instrumental)” — Graham Colton “Home To You” — The Neighborly “Ripple” — Lane King “Fracture (feat. Idyll)” — Roary
