BIG CYCLONE UPDATE – CYCLONE MURASU: Cyclone Murasu is moving across the Bay of Bengal towards the South Andhra Pradesh coast. The latest available IMD bulletin issued on November 2 indicated landfall between Nellore and Narsapur, with wind speeds of 100–110 kmph and gusts up to 120 kmph. ODISHA HEAVY RAIN ALERT: The India Meteorological Department has warned of heavy to very heavy rainfall in parts of southern Odisha on November 3 and 4. Heavy rainfall may create waterlogging, flooding in low-lying areas and landslide risks in hilly regions.
