The nurse is visiting the patient and talks to the spouse about the patient’s condition. The carer is explaining how the spouse was managing. Recently the spouse has returned to work. The nurse explains that the patient requires round-the-clock attention and is outlining the possible ways for the care. The nurse says to shift to a nursing home, arrange full-time nursing assistance, or else quit the job. The spouse says quitting the job is not possible in the present condition. And not in a position to get a full-time nursing assistant as well. Then the nurse says shifting to a nursing home is the best possible way.
