Fallout 4 - Egret Tours Marina Settlement Build Tour

This is a settlement build tour at Egret Tours Marina from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere). This is a Minutemen themed trading settlement, with a covered marketplace on the main pier, some small farms along each side of the settlement, and an enclosed courtyard out front with settler housing and a guard bunk house. The large warehouse has been left untouched, with the main building being turned into a bar with an office and patio area on the first floor, and a small radio operator shack and power armour workshop built on the roof. I have always loved Egret Tours as a location but have always struggled building there. Overall, I feel this has come out reasonably well, but might revisit and have another attempt in the future.
